Adam William Lloyd (born 12th September 1984) is a former Prime Minister of the United Kingdom and Leader of the Labour Party. He was the Member of Parliament for his constituency of Taunton Deane since 2008, having won a by-election in the constituency.
Adam grew up in his constituency, and was always had a key involvement with the political world. He campaigned to become a Member of Parliament for the constituency of Bridgewater and Northern Somerset in the 2005 General Election, however, he was second place, the role taken by Will Anderson, the former leader of UKIP.
Following Anderson's resignation, he was elected the Member of Parliament for the constituency of Bridgewater and Northern Somerset, and then later became the MP for Taunton Deane in the 2008 by-election.
Following the resignation of the previous Labour Leader, Adam campaigned for election as the Labour Leader & Leader of the Opposition, campaigning for "straight talking politics" and "a government of the people, by the people, for the people."
After his appointment as the Party Leader, he was sworn into the Privy Council.
In January 2017, he refused to back a Motion of No Confidence in Her Majesty's Government, under the premiership of Chauncey Duval.
On February 4th 2017, Adam Lloyd was elected the Prime Minister and accepted the offer of forming a new government.
